Who I am…

I am a husband, father, grandfather, and identical twin who still hasn’t grown up. Just ask Stefanie. She gives me the eye-roll daily and I have earned every single one of them.

Professionally, I am a CPA and Certified Speaking Professional with over 30 years of financial and business expertise, USA Today bestselling author of Building Your Money Machine and international bestselling author of The Entrepreneur’s Solution, keynote speaker, board director, and the creator of Fully Expressed™, the system for achieving, leading, and living without constraint.

I have spent three decades inside the financial architecture of businesses and lives. I have built companies, sat on boards, consulted executives, and helped thousands of entrepreneurs and leaders stop trading time for money and start building systems that work without them. My book Building Your Money Machine became a USA Today bestseller because it names something people feel but cannot quite articulate: earning more does not make you free. A Money Machine does.

But here is the real resume.

I am the son of an immigrant father who arrived at 17 with nothing but determination and grit. I started my first business at age 11, a magic show, yes really. I have been a single full-time dad juggling bedtime stories and boardrooms. I lost one-third of everything I had to a Ponzi scheme, not through recklessness but through trust. I survived cancer twice, and the second time, while I was in treatment and could not work, my Money Machine kept running. My family never felt it financially.

That is not a story about resilience. That is a proof of concept.

When I am not on stage or creating content, you will find me at the beach in Southern California with Stefanie, our two goofy Sheepadoodles Budo and Samson, and whatever my two spoiled granddaughters need from me. Which is everything. I give it gladly.

Why I Do What I Do…

Most people are operating at a fraction of their actual capacity. Not because they lack skill, drive, or ambition. Because a hidden constraint is silently taxing their bandwidth, distorting their decisions, and keeping them building toward the wrong target.

I see it everywhere. High earners who feel trapped. Leaders who hesitate when they should act. Entrepreneurs who keep growing their revenue and somehow feel less free. They do not have a performance problem. They have a constraint problem. And no amount of hustle, training, or motivation removes a constraint. You have to name it, measure it, and build your way out of it.

That is what the Money Machine is really about. Not income. Not net worth. Not a number in a spreadsheet. The Money Machine is the infrastructure that removes the financial constraint limiting everything else: your focus, your courage, your decisions, your presence with the people who matter most.

I know this because I lived it from both sides.

After my second cancer diagnosis, I could not stop asking myself why. I went searching for answers and found nothing. That left me in a very dark place until a friend asked me something that changed everything.

“What if the cancer isn’t because of something you did, but because of something you’re meant to do? Then what would the message be?”

That question reframed everything. The challenges, single parenthood, rebuilding after financial loss, cancer twice, were not there to break me. They were there to prepare me.

Writing Building Your Money Machine and stepping onto stages to share this message was born from that pivotal moment. And the work did not stop there. Everything I had learned across three decades as a CPA, business builder, and board director went into creating Fully Expressed™, a complete system for removing the constraint standing between who you are and everything you are capable of achieving, leading, and living.

The Money Machine Blueprint™ is the financial mechanism. The Performance Tax™ is what gets removed. Fully Expressed™ is the destination.
