Our level of success is directly connected to the foundation that it is built on. In business at times we want the big sales, the great growth and the cash flow yet putting in the diligence and effort on mastering the fundamentals first doesn’t seem to get the same focus.

When you think about it everything in life the strength and level of your success is from the foundation up. Think about it for a moment – in your relationships, have you taken the time to get to know each other?  I mean really mean to know them deeply?

With your health, how is your foundation of your eating, exercise and rest?  How are you dealing with stress?

Then look at your business and ask how are you at the very basics of business? How are you at creating connections with your team and customers?

Then looking at the questions above ask the biggest question of all – How is your level of dedication to building a good foundation showing up in your life, business and health? Because it is.

Nothing we do, can we start at the top! There is always a climb and the more work we put into the climb the more fruits of love, joy and success we can joy along the way.
